Skating at Rainbow lake

Cross country

On a sunny Monday we had cross country. The year fours were waiting for the Year threes to finish their race. The Year four boys got up and went to the starting line. I was siting on the concrete and it hurt. Finlly the boys finished.


The girls and I got up and went to the staring line. We lined up. Mr Somerville bellowed ready stady he claped the clappers. Off they go they dashed and I hurried up to them. I saw Khyani slowing down so I held her hand and we jogged.


Khyani  came in front of me luckly I came beside her and we tied. Me and Khyani went to get a water bottle. We went to sit down on the hot concrete and I felt really cheerful.
