Dear 2019 teacher my name is lute I am 7 years old I’m going to be nervous and I’m my cutler is Tongan so excited to work on my own chromebook I’m so nervous I have 1 brother and 4 sisters my favourite subject is reading I like reading because I can read and learn to write. I have been reading books since the holiday and the weekend every night I read my book before I go to sleep when I don’t know a word then I will ask for help thank you for being my 2019 teacher I like playing in the park with my friends there names are kasaline and vika my favourite thing to do in the park is to go to the slide it green and blue. Rangoli art

On Friday room 19 and 20 did some rangoli art because we were celebrating Diwali festival. First we set on the mad and looked at some rangoli pattern on the board. Next we talked about what a pattern is. After that I started my own rangoli art. I pick four colours then I draw a circle and i draw a heart and a triangle outside my pattern and it turned out really cool and it was my first patterns I draw. I felt so excited I used red, blue, pink and purple because they were my favourite colours.

Writing recounts

On Wednesday it was cloudy. Room 19 and 20 went outside to play chair tag. First the minecraft kid and we started to play and I got up and I went and tag Ema and Ema got me and we swap place with the minecraft kid. Next we got up and ran to the chairs and Paulah tag me and I ran quickly to get her and got her. Then someone got and tag raymon. Suddenly the minecraft kid got up and set on the chairs again. Soon kaydis ran so fast and they couldn’t get him. After that they got him. I felt excited. Finally we fainsh.

Immersion Assembly

This sunny Monday morning we walk happily to the school hall we went to a immersion assembly we learn painting some art work from the amazing teachers first team painted a picture then they put them together then it turned out like an amazing white lion. Next team two Miss Gatson challenge Mrs Carter to paint with her then Miss Gatson by painting a little boat in the sea. Third was team three Ms Eadie and Miss King painted Mr Marino and Mrs Carruthers and Miss Scanlan they roll over with the paint on their bodies. The picture was a  beautiful heart. Miss Scanlan did the worm and was amazing. I felt happy because all of the art was beautiful.
